Exterior Coverage

We will provide you with approximately 15-20 professionally edited exterior images of the property. All properties will be photographed to any specifications of the client. Traditionally, we will cover all sides of main building of a single structure, main sides of additional structures, entrances and exits, parking, loading docks, signage, or any features requested to best represent the site. In the case of multi-family or condo sites, we will cover all amenities and features of entire property.

Under 20k SF = $250

20k-60k SF = $325

60k-130k SF = $475

Over 130k SF = $650

Additional Services

Interiors/Amenities = $250

We will provide you with approximately 10-15 professionally edited interior images of the property. Traditionally, we will cover all main interior sections, including but not limited to, offices, lobbies, warehouses, loading and receiving, storage, employee areas, and any other areas requested by the client.

Aerial Images = $350  Full 360° Property Coverage

We will provide you with 12-18 professionally edited images of each property. Traditionally, we will cover all sides of the main building of a single structure at approx 100′ elevation as well as 400′ elevation. We will capture 360° surrounding views with horizon, roadside footage, parking areas, entrances and exits, loading docks, signage, or any features requested to best represent the site. In the case of multi-family or condo sites, we will cover all amenities and features of entire property.

4K Aerial Video = $250 (add-on)

This service is provided as an add-on to the Aerial Image option. If no aerial image option then fee is $450. We will provide you with 8- MP4 video files (unless otherwise requested). Scenes included but not limited to: 360° orbit of entire property,  a fly over from front to back, horizontal/dolly view of each side of main building, pull back from main entrance to horizon, overhead/birds eye/top down of entire property. Look up / tilt reveal, tripod, jib / crane shots can be substituted.

Twilight = $200

We will provide you with approximately 1-3 professionally edited exterior twilight images of the property. Images will be taken from the front/main entrance during civil twilight. This service is offered to local properties, otherwise a travel charge will be added.

Residential Builders/Contractors

Up to 5K SF     —  $350

5K-9,999K SF   —  $450

Over 10K SF    —  $600

If used in conjunction with a Real Estate Agent  – $250 flat fee per address.

Mileage beyond 30 miles billed at .50/mi

Community Video Production

While the level of shooting/editing involved to produce a video to promote your property depends on many factors, the average price for this service is between $900-$1500. This price includes shooting all footage needed; including aerial, initial consultation to create story board,  all post production, logo creation, male or female narration (if needed), music selections, unlimited changes and revisions (with exception), hosting to online sources, embedding in your website, and a written release. Additional charges may include travel/mileage & lodging, if the shoot requires multiple days to capture the scenes required.

Vacation Rental Properties

Capture your vacation condo or home with high quality photos for VRBO and showcase your property with a fully edited video presentation.  For $1500 we will cover your property, amenities, surrounding attractions up to 6hrs drive from McDonough, GA. Properties beyond 6hrs will be charged a travel fee. We will need 2-3 days to capture the essence, including sunrise, sunsets & aerial imagery (if permitted).
